As I wrote about ten days ago, my wife was in the Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque from July 30th to August 5th. The doctors there told her she could have died from the low sodium in her body.
On Friday evening (the 5th) we returned to Taos. By Saturday morning both of us were sick with a Covid virus or a really nasty flu (probably picked up in the hospital). For three days I slept 18 hours a day in between cooking my wife’s meals, doing dishes, and feeding our dogs (meat, cooked vegies, grain, and supplements).
Last night (Monday) my illness started to diminish a little at a time. Both Gail and I are still recovering.
Because I’m so exhausted and still require a lot of sleep, I will have to reschedule any podcast interviews for at least a week so I have time to recover. And also delay any consultations until next week. By then I hope to be fully recovered.
My apologies but I really do need to recover. As does my wife.
Take good care of yourselves, John and Gail. It sounds like you have both been through quite an ordeal. Sending healing thoughts from Philadelphia. Trisha Gallagher
Hello, John,
I am sorry to hear about your difficulties but I hope that you will take time to read my message to you.
You say you have or had the possibility of Covid-19, I am sending you some information that may help. PLEASE do not simply reject it. Read it then make up your mind what you want to do.
I follow the preventive protocol along with friends and relatives. None of us have been vaccinated for the Covid virus and we've never had the virus.

You can communicate directly with them, they will answer your questions.
Go to Protocols in the upper left of the main page. There, you will find several treatments to select from for your situation, whether preventive or treatment.
There is a wealth of other information about the virus and its history by medical doctors and qualified experts not seen by most people because traditional publications keep it hidden from the public.
Don't worry about rushing back to communicate with your subscribers. All of us understand. Take the time you need to get well. Get your wife well. Then come back.
Sincerely,
Duane
